Manual for Legislation Drafting

Manzil Pakistan believes that this manual will facilitate all those involved in the drafting and scrutiny of legislation drafts and will also contribute towards creating consistency and comprehensibility in drafting legislations. This “Manual for Legislation Drafting” is intended to provide some assistance and background knowledge to legislation drafters. Comments and suggestions directed at improving future editions of the Legislative Drafting Manual are welcome.

Manzil Pakistan co-organized 3-day workshop "National Workshop for Legislative Drafters" from 28-30 March, 2018, Islamabad.

The event was co-organized in collaboration with Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services (PIPS) and Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) at PIPS, Islamabad. The key objective of the workshop is to provide understanding on drafting practices.
