Fellowship ProgramManzil Research fellowships are offered for the duration of one to two years. Fellows will be awarded a stipend and this stipend will vary commensurate with experience, potential and published material. Current FellowshipsThe Manzil Fellowship in Governance is now accepting applications. This fellowship is designed for PhD scholars as well as academics with PhDs eager to make tangible contributions to knowledge in the field of governance. Manzil works closely with the Parliament to help it achieve its strategic targets by creating efficiency in processes and procedures relating to committee work, libraries, and resource center management. The fellowship is seeking candidates whose dissertation topics and career goals are directly related to the following areas of public policy: strengthening parliamentary committees, the Right to Information Act and good governance. Research fellows will be encouraged to participate in seminars and conferences organized by Manzil and contribute to in-house and external publications. Fellows are welcome to contribute to ongoing projects already taking place at Manzil in addition to their own research project. This fellowship will run the course of a full year and offer a stipend in the range of Rs. 40,000 - 200,000 dependent upon experience, potential and published material. If the candidate is relocating to Karachi for the fellowship a travel & daily allowance will also be on offer. EligibilityManzil facilitates three types of candidates for its Visiting Fellowship,
