Manzil Pakistan aims to help create a culture, and body of work, that will institutionalize public policy decision making in Pakistan.
Government policy should be formed on the basis of empirical research and strategic thinking that can be implemented through successive governments and not be formed on the whims of shifting political sands and alliances. Through this think tank we hope to produce a body of work that serves as a road map for Pakistan and shapes Pakistan into a country where public policy comes from an objective decision-making culture that can serve the interests of the people and strengthen political institutions |
